It has been one heck of a week for bad customer service. Let’s start with the good old press one for English -two for Spanish -three for this- four for that. I am soooo tired of sitting on the phone saying repeat that, or repeating myself over and over to an automatic system. Where are all the representatives at???? It seems like there should be a lot of jobs on the market for that line of work.

Moving on…..I know fast food isn’t where most people want to be as far as a job, but hey if your there do your job right. I know it’s rough; I have had my share of fast food places in the past. However, I am so sick of walking in to a restaurant and then the cashier or whomever looks over at you, like you ruined their day because you walked into the restaurant. Excuse me!! For being hungry and now you actually have to work.

Moving on…… This just about took the cake this past week. My sister and I went to try a nail shop that we had never been to-to get a spa pedi and our nails done. I wanted to try the rock star nails that everyone has raving talking about. So, the shop was not that crowded everyone seemed to be finishing up on their client. When it came my turn for them to ask me what would I like today?? And I said the rock star nails the women smiled and said ok. Then when she saw that I already had French tips on, she came back to me and said. “Well I will have to remove this to add the rock star” and I said OK. Then she replied “you want a pedicure too” I said yes. She then tells me “Awe that is too expensive for you the rock star nails and toes toooo expensive” I was like OMG did I ask you how much it would cost???? She just did not feel like doing the work. People can be so rude and lazy these days it is really a shame. If you don’t like your job then find a new one. On the other hand, if you have a job right now with everything at hand you should be grateful to a degree. Come on people get your customer service skills back up to par.
