Bad Aisha! I know. I have been really delayed with my post. I have been so busy lately. So, busy that I need to completely slow my role and chill a little bit. I have not even really enjoyed my house yet, I’m always running in and out of the door.
Last week I had the pleasure of going to Sacramento with my first Lady of my church. We went to a women’s conference that was excellent. I love to see other women empowering other women to do GODS will. I know that is one of my goals in life, I am trying to reach women through my books. We were there for three days on the last day which was Friday we drove up to Fairfield to see our praise team sing back up for Marvin Sapp. Actually they did more than just sing back up they sang a few songs. They are becoming more and more popular watch out world I see a music contract in their near future. Not only did Marvin Sapp sing he preached his behind off, that man was deep. I enjoyed it!
Now over the last few weeks I had been working on a major Social Network that I have now decided to hold off for-for awhile, along with my husbands and I organization NuAgeChristians LLC. We are debating on how to make it all work at this point. We know what we want we just don’t know how supportive this community will be. Fresno is a strange place; people say that they are bored and that they wish it was something to do. So, then when you try to provide a service that allows them some activity they complain about the cost WHAT!!!
Truth is there are so many things that I want to accomplish. However, how much can I really do until we are not moving back and forth across the world? Well on the other hand I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
Today I have decided to just stop thinking for a minute slow down and give my mind a rest. Right about know I am missing my husband too. This is the first time we have been separated in 6yrs so every now and then I feel real down. He is doing what he has to do-to provided for his family. Some people hear the word basketball and think he is so lucky “and he is blessed” but at what expense and at what sacrifice. You don’t see the frustration the loneliness and the danger behind playing basketball overseas. That is the reason for my soon to be blog and book “wife of a baller”
So know that I have rambled on I will be writing more frequently.
Stay blessed all you people out there, and don’t forget to tell your friends about www.aishacurry.com

Aisha, one very valuable lesson I have learned is to stop and take time to smell the roses. Sometimes we get so busy that life and time just flies by. Your words continue to inspire me..keep up the good work!
