Can you imagine living in another country about to have a baby, and calling your family on April fools day to break the news that the baby is coming? That was me, three years ago. When I called my mother back home in the U.S and told her that I had-had the baby she thought it was a April fools joke.
Today my little girl turned three, I remember this day so vividly. I was living abroad in Italy and I had no family around to help me. I did however, have my husband up unto the point of pushing her out and then he kissed me and said “great job honey, I love you.” He was then forcedto leave because he had a huge game he had to attend to. I just laid there and cried I felt so alone and helpless. That entire experience was a nightmare. This story will be share in my upcoming book “ Overseas Wifey”
All and all I am so happy to have my daughter. She is a blessing, all of my kids are. It’s so funny watching them grow but it’s even funnier listening to the things that they have to say. My children bring so much joy into my life.

yeah babe i remember all so clear. it felt just like yesterday the day she was born…for me it was quite an experience, an experience i’ll never forget. its no wonder she was born on april fools day because she has us all in aw and fooled with the level of maturity she has reached at such a tender age. further more the things she knows and understand. some of the words that come out of her mouth are really shocking! but whats more shocking about the words she speaks of is the fact that she know when to use them during some of the conversations she has with us or herself. Amazing! i think she has been her before. why we as parents often say this about our children? i cant speak for everyone else’s children but Sienna really has us fooled. she some how slipped into and older person body and i’m telling you she has us all fooled! so to my precious baby girl i love you and miss you and all your sisters and brother and most of all my your wonderful mom. happy b day honey. daddy!!
